Our team of attorneys includes Kimberly N. Loveland, Adriane S. Grace, Cynthia D. Hurley, and Tara M. Shaikh.
Both Kimberly N. Loveland and Cynthia D. Hurley are Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Estate Planning and Probate and are well-equipped to advise clients on all aspects of estate planning, including estate tax planning, and gifting strategies. Adriane S. Grace and Tara M. Shaikh are certified by the State Bar of Texas to represent parties in Guardianship proceedings. Adriane S. Grace is a former appellate attorney for the Social Security Administration, allowing her to offer clients valuable insight into the full legal process for assisting a disabled family member secure public benefits. Tara M. Shaikh, having previously served as a criminal prosecutor for Harris County, now assists our clients with their complex estate planning, probate, and guardianship needs.

We are frequently invited to speak in the community and have hosted free educational seminars on topics such as the value of estate planning, changes in tax laws affecting families, how to assist a disabled family become eligible for public benefits, and how to navigate the legal guardianship process.
