Tara M. Shaikh
Estate Planning, Probate, and Guardianship
Tara Shaikh joined attorney Adriane Grace in 2020 to assist with estate planning, probate, and guardianship clients. She has prior experience in negotiating and drafting contracts, including pre-marital and co-habitation agreements, and advising and counseling families during the darkest hour of their life. Prior to entering private practice, Tara was a criminal prosecutor for Harris County, Texas. During this practice, she regularly counseled and advised victims of violent crimes and families who had lost loved ones to crime. Tara’s style of empathy in communication is a key tool in her private practice. Tara continues to give back to her community as an attorney for Volunteer Legal Service, a Seedling mentor, and is actively involved with the Center for Child Protection.
Originally from Florida, Tara moved to Texas in 2008 to attend law school at South Texas College of Law. She is an avid traveler. Most recently, she traveled over 3,700 miles from Beijing to Moscow via the Trans-Siberian railway. Tara enjoys her peloton, spending time with her two dogs, and attempting to cook.
