Her focus is on obtaining maximum liability protection and aggressive representation for her business clients and providing assistance to individuals in accomplishing the best estate planning and asset protection for their families.
Wealth is a blessing until it causes family fights, increased taxes or creditor claims. In today’s uncertain times, personal legal planning is essential to ensure that you not only protect your assets, but also pass them on as you desire. “I use various techniques to help families and businesses implement an estate plan”, Cynthia said. “I don’t use ‘cookie-cutter’ plans for clients because each client has unique issues and goals for their family. I’m here to help your family put the right plan and the right people in place. I also am a committed advocate for your business in contract issues, tax issues, and succession planning.”
